To say she was startled to see Silence addressing her would be an understatement. Her eyes took in the night realizing for the first time that she was not alone outside the bar. The man who had caught her attention from earlier was leaning against the wall not too far from herself. It had just been her grief and welling memories that had clouded her vision to the world around her. Catching his eyes upon her she smiled weakly and nodded to him before answering Silence.
"It was the tune, miss. Don't get me wrong...it was quite lovely the way you did it." She felt a trepidation that could not be defined and she played it off to her memories of Richard. "I just...it was a favorite of an old friend. That's all. I needed some air. Thank you."

Celest glanced at the man in the black suit who was also outside the bar. She was not sure if he was her friend, but since she saw her smile at him, she nodded her head towards him, not wanting to appear rude or anything, before turning back her attention to the woman.
"I see, I hope you'll be alright... It can get quite stuffy in there with the people and all. And thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed the performance, Miss." she said as she smiled and rubbed the side of her neck.

Haru sighed slightly, sipping on his drink, wondering just what to think about the twist which his current situation had taken. Just a moment ago, he was chatting with a nice human girl over the bar here. Making her laugh is always a good start, so it was turning out fine. He groaned slightly as he heard the next band starting to play. That was sure a step down from the previous performance, so he instead focused on the girl. Just as he thought, she was quite a good catch: pretty, smart, and most importantly, confident. He was just going to ask her name, when the next performer steeped on to the stage, or should he say the previous one. He chuckled at the crowds reaction, he observed the Vampire singer as she did her job. But he did also notice the change of his neighbors attitude. She switched from cheerful to gloomy real fast...and did he see tears in her eyes. He followed her with his eyes as she stormed out outside, and sighed inwardly, gulping on his drink. Things just gotta get complicated for him, don't they? Thus we come to the present moment. taping his finger on the bar for a while, he gives the bartender a bill for his drink, and follows behind the girl. He couldn't let such a tasty treat simply walk away...or fall prey to the singing Silence (interesting alias for her job, he thought slightly amused), who could have bumped into her on her way out of the club. And so, he was out of the club, and he saw the two girls, without no biting involved, luckily for him. he also noticed the third person, a well dressed guy, but he was the least important. Coughing slightly, not trying that sure of himself, he spoke "Heh,wow. I thought you'd have to make some extra tip to meet the main star of the show. You sure know how to play, unlike all the other performers from tonight" he said addressing Silence, chuckling slightly. He then turned to the blond, looking a bit concerned "You alright? I hope it wasn't me ding something that made you...ehh,well, upset and all" he said, scratching the back of his head in a timid manner.

Leon as a general rule did not trust a group of strangers, one stranger was fine enough, however when more then one appeared out of the wood work that's when things always seemed to be funny to him. This caused him to revert back to his cool persona, calm and precise. He would stand straight and erect, even straighten his tie. He surveyed the blond who first stepped out, the drama was real no doubt. She most likely was telling the truth about her friend, Wolf supposed there was more to it then just friendship. However he wouldn't inquire at this time as to the true identity.
He then quickly surveyed the women who had come out after the blond, it had been the singer from before. Oddly enough her complexion was rather perfect, she seemed pale and her teeth had been slightly off. Wolf just couldn't pin point it. Nodding to the two in a curtly manner he pretended to be interested in the night sky before a third person came out. Wolf glanced down and looked at the male who spoke. Once more he proved to be an interesting subject, oddly defined teeth and a perfect complexion. Wolf picked up on how the male at first seemed to be worried for some reason. Could it have been just the blond he'd been flirting with? Leon doubted that, it almost seemed more urgent then that. Oddly enough Leon seemed perfectly calm, right down to his heart beat which would be that of someone who was relaxed and calm. A trick his dad had shown him, proper breathing and control to relax yourself at all times.
"Good evening to you all." Wolf said in a soft voice that smoothly came from his lips. It was yet another trick of his fathers, speaking softly. It helped to grab peoples attention because to a point they had to try harder to hear you. It also helped to keep one calm.

He was alone. The low sound of motors and the high piercing squeal of tires had died down over the hours, though the nightlife was still half-active. He passed the subway and made a beeline across the street; there was a paucity of cars in the area. When he rounded the corner he stopped. There he was a german shephard laying on the pavement. The dog stood to attention, and where once her tongue was dangling out the corner of her mouth was now pursed lips, a clear expression of fear on her face. She barked but the most pathetic and weak sound he had ever heard, flopping to her belly and tossing her tail side to side in a tense and nervous motion; he had only to flash her a glance of his fangs before she ran away crying.
Just ahead he could hear the sound of music playing, and his pace resumed progress as he held his head down to set his eyes on the ground, hands deep in his pockets. He was wearing a black peacoat with cheap copper buttons painted to appear silver (a bad design choice), and a black scarf dangled loosely over his shoulder; the weather was slightly colder than usual and while he didn't feel much of it-- if any of it at all-- he had to at least try to keep up appearances: it would have been an awkward situation to have been seen wearing a short-sleeved shirt in the middle of the wind-chilled night. The last thing that he could have wanted was any more attention after the incident in 'The Long Way In'.
Just as this very thought crossed his mind another gust of wind picked up; a familiar scent blew directly into his face and clung to his nostrils almost immediately. It was then that he looked up, only to witness the very person that he had left behind from the incident, standing at the entrance to the building with the sugary-sweet music pouring from it. There was a well-dressed man in a slick black suit outside, not far from her; he had a peculiar look to him that the lycanthrope just didn't have the will to decipher. Fine. But it was when the slim figure of a pale "human" stepped through the door that he was alarmed; he knew what she was, there was no mistaking it: the sparkling skin said it all. He noticed the guitar she carried, and reasoned that since since she stepped out, there hadn't been any music since; naturally, he assumed that she was the one producing it. Lucky girl, to obtain that talent.
He wrapped the woollen scarf around his mouth, concealing the bottom half of his face from the middle of his nose down in one quick rotation before he picked up a casual speed. The door opened again: a man had emerged from within. "Two of them," he confirmed under his breath, standing on the opposite side of the group and on the hard grey pavement before crossing over to the side nearest the man in the suit. His body was relaxed, near as much as the human's. There was no reason to stress the situation; not yet. "Do you have any cigarettes?" he asked Wolf, standing just slightly to the front and at the right side of him. He was playing out the moment, passing a swift glance between the rest of those present. Calendrea...what did you get yourself into?

"Good evening to you as well, sir." Celest greeted back the black-suited man in her usual, silky voice. She felt slightly uneasy about the man, although she does not know why. Something about him tells her that there is more to him than meets the eye. Maybe it was her imagination, maybe the slight buzz from that one bottle of beer? No, it could not be. She could handle her alcohol quite well.
Her attention was then reverted to a newcomer, it was that man, the vampire with the unusual scent. Now he was up close, the scent was now stronger and Celest began to think that he was another kind of vampire, a new kind specie, perhaps a hybrid, if they, the immortal damned, were even considered as one. She could almost laugh at her own theories.
"I'm just one of the scheduled performances, sir, not really considered a 'main star', if you will. No need to have V.I.P. access to meet any of us. But I thank you for the compliment." she said to the male vampire. She then glanced at the blond woman, hopefully by then she was now alright. Her eyes went from the female, back to the black-suited man and then towards the vampire.
She reached in her trench pocket for her pack of cigarettes and took one between her lips. When she was about to light the stick, her nose caught a familiar scent. She flicked at her lighter and soon she was blowing smoke in the cold night air when she saw the person where the scent came from. Lycan...she thought.
This place is getting too crowded...

If only she could have heard Silence's thoughts she would have laughed to know they echoed her own. Crowded indeed. Composure came back to her readily enough. Nothing like being suddenly in public when you thought you had privacy to drive the inner self back into hiding. The death of her...friend...had been five years ago, not five months and it was only the unexpected vulnerability of the moment that had unhinged her enough to drive her into the night. Had this been any other night, than the very one in which the shooting had occured at the 'Long Way Inn', she doubted very much if she would have been so volitile.
So with quick reflexes she drew herself up and steeled her emotions away, such behavior was not acceptable in public. She smiled weakly to Silence and drew back at the appearance of Haru. "No. Truely, sir. Think nothing of it. I come equipped this night with too much on my mind is all. You did nothing..." When Wolf spoke she was much taken in by the dichotomy between her earlier observations and that of his voice. He was not at all drunk nor did he seem to blend into the night at all. She laughed a bit realizing just how crowded it had become. "I do believe there are more folk on the street than in the..."
Her eyes caught sight of the dark figure to the side of Wolf and blinked catching her breath. Could this night get any stranger? Here was Hide from earlier. That he should disappear only to turn up in front of her now seemed beyond freakish. Moving toward him she opened her mouth to speak but found there was nothing to say. What could she say? She didn't want to speak of the shooting. Near as she knew no one had reason to suspect either one of them had been witness to this night's incident. Still, her smile of relief to see that he had not been dragged off by the mobster, or any other of the dark fates she had imagined for him, was genuine and welcoming. "I didn't think to run into you again."

Clicked his tongue silently, in a mix of annoyance and amusement. Annoyance, since the place was truly getting slightly overcrowded. As far as he could figure, it would be hard to get "closer" the the blond girl. She seemed way out of the mood. She addressed him as sir, dammit. He wasn't much older then her...well, he most likely was, but didn't look like it. Ahh well, there's plenty of wish in the sea, he poundered...altough this one would be a really, really tasty dish. And a little challenge never hurt anyone...
His amusement also came from the fact how crowded the spot has become, ironically. First, the smartly dressed human came to them. He noticed him eying him for a slight second, and just how calm and cool he seemed. Slightly to much for his taste, but he let it slip...for now. He addressed him, saying"Good evening. What brings you out here instead of the nice, cozy club behind me?".
But the real treat came soon after. The person who approached them from afar. A guy, and a Lycan too. This night could turn out more interesting then he thought. As the newcomer made his request, he said "Bah, smoking...such a nasty habit...can get you killed really quick...not to mention how bad it is for ones looks" holding a smirk which wanted to make his way on his face. Nothing better then a subtle taunt twords the beast... and twords the singing mistress to. Not that he wanted to anger her or something.., her scent showed of she was a pure-blood, however, and he couldn't help but to be slightly antagonizing twords her

The scent of earth and dog alarmed Wolf, he had known it before, or he thought he did. "I'm sorry, I do not smoke." "I could very well ask you the same. But I needed to...clear my head. Busy day at the office and all that. I didn't know this was a club with live bands. I walked out to collect my thoughts." Wolf gave a confident smile to the unknown individual and a slight nod before looking at the shattered cell phone peices from when he first entered, He didn't expect company to follow him. Wolf placed himself on the outside of the group, nearer the newest stranger but also so he could watch him as well. His only regret is that he could not worn the female he'd first seen in the bar. Celest almost chuckled when the vampire hybrid made his comment on smoking. It had been her habit to puff at least one stick a day. Sure, that small stick of cocaine can kill a mortal little by little but for her, she had forever, so who's worried.
"Bad habit indeed, but can't really stop once you got took hooked on it. Bring on death, 'tis inevitable anyway. As for it being bad for one's looks, I care not about what others think of me. I am this person and no one can change that..." she said, smirking while taking another drag on her cigarette.
The smoke felt good in her lungs. It warmed her for a brief moment but still those few seconds are enough. Celest decided that after her stick was consumed, she will be leaving for the night. It had been one interesting night, indeed.

Calendrea spoke and his eyes narrowed to mere slits over his optics. A surge of anger ran up his spine like a torrent in the water, "Well, here I am," he replied to her sentence like ice-water; under the cover of his scarf he grit his teeth, his canines clicking together and a vile taste lingering on his tongue. Regardless of whether she knew it or not, she had betrayed him - let herself slip within reach of the hands of the vampire so quickly, so very easily. Nevertheless, he held control over himself - the moon was not going to claim him as her slave without a fight that night.
When the hybrid's mouth opened, the lycan's eyes snapped to meet him. "That's funny. You know I could have sworn that opening your mouth when it isn't wanted can get you killed - 'real' quick." The faintest rumble of a growl welled within his throat; a much less than subtle taunt toward the male. He was well aware of the consequences that nicotene imposed on mortal life; in reality he had never smoked a day in his life: it was, however, a quick way to squeeze into the center of the group and he utiliized it. Not that it would have affected him in any way, as a 'Pure Blood'. In any case he had nowhere near the capacity for the tolerance to deal with the boy's games and so when Wolf spoke he heard the voice of a calm and composed man; a much warmer set of vocals than that of the Acerbian Hybrid's, and so he focused his attention on him for the moment.
It was when he noticed the smile; the nod. Was it possible that this human understood the situation he was in? He had his doubts; never said a word, but gave the faintest dip of his head as his official response. This one had a story: if he found out that Wolf understood who or what the two pale figures were, he would need to have a little 'chat' with him later. "Calendrea," he started, flashing his eyes between her gorgeous frame and that of the beautiful brunette woman, "... I think it's time we left now." As the last word slid off his moist tongue and into the night silence, a long, whispy line of Celest's lit cigarette drifted past his nose and dispersed into thin air. "Unless you can see a problem somewhere in that logic?" his half-question/half-statement was directed to Haru. His senses were on full alert here... He had half a mind to pick the silly girl up and run, but he knew that it wouldn't have been quite as simple as the last time.
He could feel the muscle in his body tense and his vains pump with warmth as the 'Beast Within' tip-toed toward the edge; his hair seemed to stand on end, his eyes were brighter than they had been mere moments ago and he could feel his teeth become longer, sharper, pressing into his lips with each passing moment in time. A pain in the back of his mind awakened. His change was beginning to take hold naturally over the exposure to the vampire. Nevertheless, he could keep it in check for a while - hopefully a long enough period, enough for her to make up her mind.

Calendrea felt like she had been slapped. The tone in his voice was so different, so fierce than it had ever been when directed toward her. Her face paled and she blinked back latent emotions which had nothing to do with him that threatened to rise to the surface. She had no way of knowing what was transpiring around her, to what level of danger she had escalated in traveling to yet another bar. It had been the desire for alcohol which had chosen poorly for her; any sane person would have gone home or moved back to the country and stayed there.
It was not in her nature to be rude or to immediately lurch into anger when life was not as pleasant as she wished it to be. Nor was she a paranoid sort to think that the actions of those around her centered soley upon her. Especially in this crowd. She moved toward Hide not really knowing why with her car keys in her hand. The night had gotten too peculiar and she would have to trust him yet again. For some reason, as in the 'Long Way Inn' he was trying to removed her from a potentially bad scene. It was the only explanation that made sense to her. And he had been dead on for the need then and although it was too confusing to sort out clearly she would move to his words. "Alright Hide...if you say so."

Leon picked up on the idea that he may have not posed a direct threat to the two, but the stranger who smelled of earth and dog had. Wolf knew what he was. He had encountered some in the subway, but he thought he had been dreaming that night. Looking at the one slipping into the bar Wolf shook his head, running away he supposed.
"No I greatly doubt I'll be having more drink, not my place anyhow..I like a more...quieter bar, not so hip." Which was the truth, Leon liked to be friendly in a bar, he found loud music to hinder that greatly. He then looked at the stranger who knew the blond. "Hmm it's been a pleasure...Mr?..." He paused a little to turn towards the stranger, looking him in the eyes, he was checking on the change, if it was there or not. "I am Wolf...White Wolf" Leon gave his Allis instead of full name with a slight confident smile. He then looked to the blond with a nod also introducing himself to her as well. Wolf found it odd to have given this much information to the man, but he had regardless. He was going with his gut on the matter, he hadn't trusted the two perfect ones so much, not that he trusted the stranger, however the blond seemed OK with him.
