The loud and low low growl of a highly tuned bike echoed through the night streets as Kain rode through them. He was feeling remorseful and sorrowful which is why riding didn't make him feel alive, make his heart race. In Fact the night felt very foreboding to say the least. It was a clear night with partial winds and a full moon which seemed to bath everything in a pale cool ghostly light. As Kain moved down the streets with a silent attitude, his thoughts reminiscing to his past he would find himself at the local cemetery. Kain would roll up and park the bike just outside the gates and shut off the engine. Looking up at the hilly grounds that made up the cemetery He would dis mount his bike and walk up through the gates silently. There was almost a supernatural lack of sound, the winds even seemed remorseful when they gusted. Looking at the near by grave stones Kain tracked forward until he found two side by side. Tears welled up in his eyes as he removed the helmet and tossed it aside. Kain fell to his knees and ran a hand across the script of the headstones. "Nora and Dean..RIP" He read the wording with so much disgust, was that all anyone had to say for them!? Kain lashed out angerly by hitting the soft ground. "I loved you..mom dad..I still love you and I'm so sorry things turned out this way!" His tears making a slight pattering sound as he wept for his lost parents. Kain then swallowed painfully and carved a heart onto each stone with a K in the center on the heart. "Don't worry...Zen is taking good care of me..She won't let anything bad happen." Kain laughed with a sad heart broken smile. "I think she loves me.." He whispered and then pulled into his pocket and removed a small box. "See what I have?" He smiled tearing up. "A ring for her finger..You always told me to find a good women mom. And I have found the perfect women." He laughed pocketing the small ring. Kain then stood touching the top of each stone lightly, "I'll visit again, I promise." He whispered silently as he lingered a moment. "I love you guys." He then turned quickly to make the small walk back to his bike, taking his time Kain felt like a part of him would never ever leave the grave yard. As if some part of him would always linger there and never leave.
Eyes peered from the darkness watching the boy leave with a sinister smile A tall well built man with messy and wavy hair licked his lips a bit, a soft growl in his throat. Walking out into the open he had been watching Kain for awhile as he remorsed. "Aww how sad, the little vampire lover has a heart." He would say mockingly at Kain as he stepped out further into the opening. His skin seemed to pale greatly in the moon light, like marble, his hair grayed and bleached. a ragged scar went down his forehead and down his eye as he gave Kain a blood thirsty look.
Kain stopped dead in his tracks when he heard the voice ring out. Licking his lips he turned to face this man who approached him. "What do you want!?" Kain would demand, with angry defiant eyes and a sudden overwhelming rage.
"Don't worry, I'll make this quick." He laughed moving out more towards Kain carefully, light foot steps which seemed soundless. As he walked out his body would begin to shift grotesquely and tremendously. It would sound like bones popping and skin tearing apart, slowly the man would shift into a large black wolf. Many times the size of Kain himself. The great blood thirsty wolf would then peel back his lips a show rows of razor sharp teeth before bolting after Kain with great speed. The sound of feet almost like war drums as he ran.
Gasping at this new horror Kain drew the small blade his father had given to him. Surprisingly Kain smirked daringly as he charged back at the wolf at full speed. When Kain neared the charging Lycan he would jump up on a grave stone to his side, then jump off of it and against the Lycan's side. He would grip tightly onto the fur of the macabre beast and dig his knife into it's side before pulling it out and stabbing it again.
Having just missed the boy the Lycan would attempt to turn and bear down on him with his teeth before a sharp burning pain stabbed into his side. Howling in pain he growled and tried to turn quickly to grab Kain, however he was only able to graze into Kain's side with his teeth.
Kain manged to dig his knife into the Lycan's body a few times, he was determined to kill this beast. Grunting in pain Kain would feel a sharp and hot pain scrape across his side. This loosed his grip upon the wolf, however not enough to stop him. Kain actually managed to climb on top of the beast with a high growl in his throat, rage burning in his eyes. The lycan would now be running. Bashing against mausoleums and trees to knock Kain off his back as he bleed more and growled, thrashing wildly to knock him off. Finally he began running towards a long line of grave stones. He yelped in pain as the wounds Kain's black silver blade had created on him. Yelling loudly Kain would pull the sword from his back and then lunge down down with it powerfully into the lycan's back, stabbing Kuroai into the beast hard.
The lycan panted as it ran quickly, a sudden piercing pain suddenly crashed into his back. Howling loudly and then crashing into the ground. The lycan's blood spilling across the land as Kain's sword cut deeply. The animal would bleed as it crashed and sent Kain from his back with great force. Before falling dead and lifeless in a pool of it's own blood.
Being flung from the Lycan Kain found himself being thrown against a grave stone. Breaking several bones and bleeding internally he broke through it and hit two others with a sicking thud and feel limp, somehow he manged to keep his sword with in a few feet of himself. Gasping Kain felt pain shoot across his body before squirming. "AH! OHH! OH FUCK!" He cursed as he found his rib cage broke along with part of his waist not wanting to work. When he had squirmed, part of his spine had been severed by a stone fragment driven in by a broken grave stone. "Oh GOD!" He cried in pain biting his lip, tears in his eyes. He tried moving his hands toghter, hoping to send a hell butterfly, but he couldn't move enough with out pain. "ZEN!! Help me!" He cried out again hoping his shadow would shift into her, it was no use. Kain's vision quickly hazed, and his body going numb. He would reach for the sword, but fail. His vision looked like a bright light at the end of a tunnel. "Zen.." He said sorrowfully before laying still, his body growing frighteningly cold from blood lose, his heart slowing. Kain was quickly dieing, his body going into shock and then shutting down. "Noo...mom..da- so..rry..Z-Zen..I lov-" Kain twitched but he couldn't even make a move. The two grave stones by him read 'Nora and Dean Elric" A heart carved near the bottom as Kain's blood stained the ground heavaly.

Zen bolted up suddenly, drawing in a sudden rush of air. Her eyes glanced around frantically, where was Kain? She looked around before getting to her feet, grabbing her heavy cloak. She seemed almost twitchy, was what she just saw a dream? was it real? Something had truely shaken her to her foundation, twisting her very essence, as if some kind of unbreakable bond was tugging at her soul like she were chained. Something was amiss. Zen slipped out of her office and wandered about the coven hall, looking for someone. She stopped by a small group of vampires, speaking with a stern, yet urgent voice."Have you seen Kain? The Human?" She looked at them with wild eyes, and upon closer examination, one could see the worry in her eyes.
"N-No we havent Zen." One of the younger vampires replied, avoiding her hard gaze. "I dont even know who Kain is, Master Zen." A young male said. Zen growled and thanked them, turning away quickly. She then walked to the door and pushed it open, slipping out into the night, where could he have gone? Zen shifted into the shadows, moving on nimble feet, her movements swift and lithe. The night was almost haunting, the shadows holding little cover for her in the bright moonlight which seemed to bathe her skin in a strange sparkling glow. This night was stragely foreboding, and even made her; a vampire, a creature of the night uneasy. She slipped through the streets, before slipping into a cafe she knew that Kain visited often. She looked around and asked for the manager.
"I was wonder if you have seen this boy." She said simply, handing the manager a picture of Kain. She simply shook her head. "Not tonight Miss, Im sorry." The manager handed back the picture. Zen nodded and allowed the woman to go back to her work. She slipped back out into the night and cursed loudly. Where was he?!
Zen shook her head and decided to stalk through the city park, she couldnt even catch a scent. She growled and prowled around. She was frantic, and knowing that if she were human, her heart would be racing. She glanced around, now getting into a frenzy. "Kain..." She looked around with those bright golden eyes, trying to catch a scent. It was then near the graveyard, she caught the scent of blood. She froze dead in her tracks and inhaled the scent. A wolf's blood and...
Zens eyes widened in fear. It was Kain's blood she was smelling. She slipped into the Graveyard and bolted towards the smell of blood. She looked at the destruction. "What the fuck?" She hissed, looking around. She noticed the Lycans body on the ground, wrinking her nose in disgust. She then spotten Kain, some sort of pain twisted and ached in her chest, as if she were heart broken. "K-Kain.." Her voice shook as she looked at him. There was.. so much blood and he looked so.. so helpless. "Kain... KAIN!!!" It was like a slap in the face; though worse, definately worse.
Zen suddenly appeared beside him, touching his cheeks, his neck, kissing his bloodied lips. "Kain.. Kain... Kain!" All she could say was his name, as if begging for him to live. Tears of red welled up in her golden eyes, sliding down her pallid cheeks as she cried for him, her body feeling numb from this strange emotional pain. "Kain, Kain Im so sorry, Im here now..." She kissed his lips tenderly, softly. She felt so.. so weak and so much like a mortal. "I-Im here..." Her voice cracked; she wasnt able to control herself. Her fingers trembled the slightest as she touched his face, her eyes looking into his. "Kain hold on.." She looked at all the blood, the crimson tears now seeming to come in waves. She never thought it could hurt this much, why did it hurt this much? Why was she... crying? She looked back up at his eyes, they were so dark.. the light fading from them as he slowly died. She now began to cry harder, almost sobbing like a begging woman. "Don't go.." She whispered, "Please, please dont go..." She ran her fingers down his cheek tenderly, crying as she whispered in a broken voice, "I-I need you.."

Twisted in agony Kain was dieing. Had a medical team been on site at that very moment, then perhaps Kain would stand a chance, sadly no such team existed. There was nothing around in the way of mending Kain's broken and badly beaten body. His rib cage was broken, lung was pierced by a broken bone fragment, he was bleeding internally and he had deep gashes from the Lycan's teeth, His skull had been hit on the hard ground as well. Not only was he losing blood, but his spine had been damaged as well. A part of Kain was begging for the familiar touch and caress of his Zen to make everything better, but as he grew cold in those few moments he wondered where his shadow was. Tears would roll down his cheeks as he found his only desire was Zen.
Kain would try to move again but could only manage small twitching motions, his eyes fighting back the foggy light and looking at his surroundings. Oddly enough he found a moment of peace laying there cold, only thinking of Zen and his feelings for her. He regretted coming because he knew that soon he would no longer be able to see her, to touch her, to smell her again. He felt a wave of pain come on again. He wanted her so badly, needed her so badly, she kept him alive, kept him sane.
Kain's eyes wondered slowly in a daze till they fell upon a box just from his reach, it had been the thing he showed his parents moments ago. Kain had bought a fine wedding ring for Zen, he didn't know if vampires wed, or what they did. He had been scared of giving it to her on what she would have said. Kain smiled at his foolishness and reached for the box slowly, "Z-Z" He sputtered and coughed up blood as it felt like his body was being crushed in incredible pain. Kain would scream if he had the ability to.
Kain's last wish came true as he found Zen had been near by and was now kneeling next to him. He would look at her before he gasped painfully as the he tasted more liquid copper in his throat and in his mouth. "Z---Z--" He tried hard to say her name but he could only form the first sound of her name. With hazy eyes he looked back to the box which lay on its side near him. Kain with painfully slow movements, pulled his arm by finger tips, he'd manage to roll the box into his hands by sheer force of will. "Z--z-ze." He'd cough hard causing his body to shake in great pain as he pulled his arm back. "Z-en...I..Mis--" He coughed again as tears welled up in his eyes. He wanted to tell her how sorry he was, how he missed her so for those few dieing moment. His face in pure agony that screams could never describe. "Z-zzz.." It hurt more that he could hardly say her name. Kain willed his other hand to take hers, and place the bloodied box in her soft hands. Then they would fall limply to his side as Kain with the last of his strength managed to whisper in a broken sentence, "Ze-..n I Nee-d you Nev..leave me.. Love..you." It hurt so bad not being able to talk. He had tried to say 'Zen, I need you. Please never leave me.' But he could form no more words. His body unable to even hold any more thought. The fact Kain had manged so far could only be credited to a burst of strength, sparked by Zen being near at hand.
In the box was a very simple ring yet seemingly elegant ring with a single diamond cut in the shape of a heart. It had been expensive for one such as Kain and had bought it to give her, however he never had the guts. Now that he was dieing it had been his last act. He couldn't leave that unfinished, he had to give her his heart. And now he had, he would give her anything she wanted.
Kain looked at her brokenly, sadly and in so much pain. He hated leaving her like this, it hurt so badly. He tried once more to form words, to tell her he was sorry, but nothing came out, not one sound. Kain would feel the dull numb pain seize his body and his heart would begin to fail. He felt the icy could hands of death itself grasp his body and begin to pull his soul from his mortal coil. Kain struggled to stay with it. But he was dieing so quickly.

Zen shook her head and gripped his cheek firmly in her hands, her voice desperate. "Kain... Kain! Stay with me!" She shook him gently, holding his cheeks firmly, her eyes widened with fear as she watched the lights leaving his eyes. She trembled and looked down at the box that sat in her lap. She held her lip between her teeth as her fingers fumbled nervously to open it. She held the open box in her hand and looked down at the ring, her body weak, for the first time she couldnt speak, she couldnt move. She looked up at him, speechless, she looked to the moon, bloody tears sliding down her cheeks as she held the box tightly in her hand. "Kain... Just hold on.." She begged him, holding onto his hand tightly, "Stay with me.. Y-You can make it.." She knew it wasnt true, and she didnt know what to do, she had no way to save him and... she just couldnt condemn him to the life of eternity. She held his hands tightly in her own. "You're going to be fine.." She whispered. But there was no way he'd live... there was so much blood.. "Kain, listen to me!" She squeezed his hands, making sure he was still alive as his body slowly got colder. She felt as if she were like a breathless human woman, she could hardly find the will to speak. "Ever since the beginning Kain... I couldnt kill you.. I couldnt...I love you.."

Despite how much Kain wanted to answer, he couldn't. He had used the last of his body's energy in the last fleeting moments of his life, he couldn't even feel his own body, much less manage simple movements. His body would grow cold and in his head a blinding light went off, as screams were heard. 'It's a boy! Oh Nora...I know...It will be our dawn.' A man's voice spoke excitedly. A doctor would move the child after being cleaned up into the women's arms. "Kain..I like that name Dean." She would beam and look up at a man with similar features to Kain. "Yes he has your eyes Nora.." He spoke softly. "I know I'll call him Akatsuki...." He laughed and grinned at her. She would look up to Dean, "Kain Akatsuki Elric! I like it.." She then looked to the child in her arms and held him. He would make baby sounds and move his arms around trying to reach for them. Suddenly time would skip forward, "Happy birthday Kain!!" A group of excited parents yelled over a small cake, "Hey son...I got a little something for you.." A small box would be given to Kain with a small blade in it for him, "A black silver blade..Look Akatsuki...I want you to be safe, I know I know, the streets are dangerous but there are more then thugs you know..So I figured some training would be good for you. Me and your mom love you boy." Kain smiled holding back tears and would hug his family. "Mom dad, I love you." He whispered. Time would blurr a head to Kain and his father clashing swords toghter, "Kain your so sloppy! Come on boy! pull it toghter!" The swords would clash but Kain would fall on his back due to a kick. "See son...remember footing!" His dad laughed before helping him up, "Now lets get you to track!" He laughed and lead Kain out of the room.
"Go Kain GO!" His mom's voice would cheer loudly as Kain ran down the track field quickly before crossing the finish line with a smile. The quickly growing boy seemingly happy around his parents. "Hey son you did well!" His dad would pat his back after the race. "T-thanks dad." Kain smiled a bit and nodded. "Yeah boy, hey well see you later tonight..ok?" They would say there good byes and walk off.
A few years later Kain walked home late one night, the sky clear, "Mom..dad..I'm home!" He would look around till his jaw dropped in horror. "M-mom!" He screamed as his mothers body fell to the floor from the clutches of a dark angel named Zen. "SON GET OUT!" His dad would push Kain across the room quickly. "Kain get the hell out and never look back!" Dean shouted as he went to defend his wife or stop the vampire. "You monster! I will see you dead!" Dean yelled striking out at Zen as Kain bolted out the back door. "Dad I love you!" Kain yelled running as fast as his feet could move through the woods. Kain would relive the moments where he last beheld his family, and when he was given a new reality, where he met Zen. Zen was so fierce and powerful, yet so enigmatic, so infectious. It had been love at first bite. From that moment Kain had become shackled to Zen forever and for all of his life, he would do her will for he had become the black dawn at that moment.
Life would quickly speed by in the last month of Kain's life, fleeting moments in time, but precious and special none the less. They held a glow that would follow Kain even into death. His heart would beat rapidly a moment surprisingly, trying to mend a broken body. But it's beat was unstable and it had no blood to pump, and what little it did have was not sufficient enough to sustain life. In life Zen had given him so much, treated him so well. She had given him hope, inspired him, and changed him. She was his mentor and his reason for surviving the hungry city streets that would devour one like Kain. Now Kain would die from something bigger then him. Kain "Akatsuki" Elric born in early spring died from fatal injuries and concussive trauma late into the fall. His life had been rough but he wasn't the kind to ever try and change his past, nor would he desire it well he had Zen. Many emotions and voices would echo in the dark recesses of nothing. A mix of everything imaginable, but over the none important was...Zen, her image, her voice and her essence stuck with Kain. For a split moment Kain had conciousness and could see faintly his mom and dad. "Kain..we were hunters, In a way we deserved what we got..we never had expected this for you. Were sorry son.. But before you go..We love you...We wanted to tell you one last time that we love you. Good luck.." Everything would go dark, Kain would hold out for them, "MOM! DAD!" He begged, but everything left focus again and hazed out.

Zen's lip trembled as she watched the light slowly fade from his eyes, allowing them to become dull, almost gray."K-Kain..?" Her voice quivered as her eyes searched his, "No.. No.." She whispered, shaking her head. She grabbed his shoulders, her eyes wide as the crimson tears slipped down her cheeks in a vertical pattern. "Kain!!" She begged and pleaded, tapping his cheek, "K-Kain.. please.. p-please.. Wake up!" She searched his eyes again, felt for a pulse, one faint beat, then there was no more. "Wake up...Kain..." She cried for him, with her forehead against his shoulder, "I cant go on in eternity without you here..." She quickly laid him down on the ground, the life just barely clinging to his corpse. She sliced open her palm, clenching it into a fist slowly above his slightly parted lips, dripping the blood into his mouth. She grabbed his jaw, opening it up more and slipped an arm beneath his head, angling him, so that the hot liquid would run down his throat. She squeezed her hand more, the blood flowing faster, pouring into his mouth.
Zen leaned down and whispered into his ear, as tears of crimson slipped from her eyes once more. "I give you a new life... My Kain..My love.." She kissed his ear softly, hoping to what ever higher power the humans believed there was, that this would save him..

Kain clung to that moment in between worlds as he tried to say something to the disembodied voices of his parents. But suddenly a searing flame would move over his body, lighting up every nerve receptor in his entire body. Kain felt immediate life pulse through him, at first it was the hands of death curling around him, but then they would twist and mold him. His heart beat kicked in agony and began to race wildly as Kain's eyes shot open then closed as he grunted. This would prove to be far more painful then his death had been. Zen's blood was doing it's work upon Kain. His body twitched aggressively not taking well to the radical changes. A low growl formed in Kain's throat as he shuddered in pain. It felt like the fire was burning him away inside out. What had been a small spark grew, raged and built. Everything now had a sharp pain, he felt the sea of needles Perice his body like mad. Had he wound up in hell? No he was changing, a thick, heavy fog was upon him and Kain found himself in the silence. All Kain knew now was this was not death. His muscles felt heavy and achy but not dead like they had been. His chest heaved violently as he drank the blood. Oddly enough it had left a sick taste in his mouth. But now he desired it and nothing more. He managed slowly to continue to swallow, needing it. Kain felt like the blood was life, or somehow it was keeping him alive...would it help dull the pain? No it would worsen it greatly, but he couldn't stop drinking. The fog thickened in his mind, swallowing everything he knew and ingesting it with a ravenous appetite. Kain to was hungry. He needed more. His fingers would twitch and so would other parts as he changed into something new, different. His heart moving at intense speeds, so much so that Kain's felt like it would burst into flames from the inside. He felt the need to explode as his back arched a little. Scars healed into nothing or disappeared, his skin turned a marble color and hardened, sparkled in the white of the moon light suddenly, as if a sea of a thousand diamonds were just lit ablaze on his skin. The fog continue to expand, along with the flames that consumed him. It was as if everything he was; was getting eaten by the fog and fire.
Then it happened. The fire consumed him in his entirety, along with the fog, reaching into every limb, every muscle, every fiber of his begin. It would then give a sudden jerk and bring every single thing to a quick and decisive stop. Shutting his entire body down with a quick and relentless snap. His heart stopped, his frenzied breathing stopped. Kain's body went limp suddenly like it was before. But now it was frozen in time.
Kain's eyes shot open but everything seemed blury, nothing would seem real. It was just a big daze of shifting shadows. His lips quivered and whispered, almost hissed the name of, "Zen..." But that was all he could manage before closing his eyes again. He lay still but alive, well only in the sense that he had a new life as a vampire.

Zen wrapped her arms around him, and held him tightly in her embrace. He had made it, and there was no other way she would have had it. Kain was with her.. He was part of her, her other half, one would guess. Though sadly he was forever frozen at this age.. he would never get older, not another day would he grow to look older, he would stay the same, for decades, centuries even. But, at least they would be together, for this long road that seemed to never end for them."Kain... Kain.." She whispered, buring her face into the crook of his neck. She was so glad to have him.. so overjoyed that he was still with her, even though he now lived in a different world. She just hoped that he wouldnt change.. much. She slipped her other arm beneath his knees and raised his body up off the bloody ground. She began to walk out of the cemetary, walking past the lycan. She glanced at the hideous wolf and wrinkled her nose; such a disgusting smell. Something glinted in the light, so she walked over and noticed Kains dagger.. no doubt he'd want that. She grabbed its hilt and ripped it out of the Lycans corpse, still holding up Kains body. She slipped it into her belt, and headed towards the coven.
Zen sent off a small group of hell butterflies to get this mess cleaned up.. She didnt want there to be any evidence. Zen would have some of her younger vampires clean up the Lycans body. She sighed and slipped intot he shadows, carrying Kain home tot he Coven, making sure not to be seen.
Once she made it back to the coven she carried kain inside. She slipped over to her office and unlocked the door. Moments later she set Kain down onto the couch. She then pressed her cool lips to his chilled, smooth skin. She whispered something silently, before slipping out of the door, into the basement of the large building. She looked around at the darkened, dismal stone foundation that helped make up the skeleton of the building. She rummaged around, looking for restraints.. Zen spotted a few half inch titanium chaints, with a silver coating. Perfect, the silver would be strong enough to leach out a good amount of his strength; but not enough to kill him, not lethal at all, in fact. She grabbed the heavy chains and went back up to the main floor. She walked into a different room, behind her office; which were most often called her sleeping quarters, and she prepared the chains. She then walked out into the office, and lifted Kain from the couch, carrying him into the room behind her office. She laid him on the bed gently and touched his cheek; a caress. She then put shackles around his wirsts, and apologized to him. She chained down his wirsts and ankles securely, wrapping the chains a few times around, to ensure a firm hold. She then sat on the edge of the bed, and waited. She had changed his clothes, and removed the blood from them, having changed him into some clean clothes she had bought for him as a present. They were extremely similar to his old outfit, so she hoped that he wouldnt mind. She sighed lightly and sneaked back into her office, pulling some blood transfusion packs from a fridge, for when Kain awoke, she knew that he would be lusting for blood more than anything.
She sighed and sat by the bed for a day, waiting for him to wake. She was almost desperate, but she needed to feed for tonight, and simply blood packets wouldnt satisfy her hunger. She kissed his cool soft lips and whispered softly. "Ill return shortly.." She then slipped out into the darkness, and went hunting.

Kain felt himself drift numbly from place to place, the world was hazed in fire and fog. Everything seemed so distant and surreal. It was like watching an old movie with little volume when your half awake. It just had a detached lifeless feeling. Even when Kain opened his eyes everything was just a haze, making the difference between his mind and real life blend seamlessly into one bleak space where things just didn't have form to it. Kain knew Zen was near by, he knew she would take care of him. Or he hoped. Because everything blended in Kain couldn't always tell movement from being still, nor would he know where he was or the events happening around him. So when Zen picked him up and took him off to the coven Kain had little clue, he only knew she was around. It was the one feeling inside the unending fog, Zen. He needed her in an unending way, she would cure the fog around him. Being in the coven area Kain still knew Zen had to be around. It would be well known to him. He could almost taste her presence about him.
As Kain changed now he would have his hair slowly become gray by the hours. His teeth would grow sharp hungry fangs and his hunger would grow so intense and veracious. He needed food bad, but what was food. What would satisfy this craving, this new born desire? By now the fire had died out long ago, but the fog had been doing it's job and kept a haze over him. But now it was losing viscosity, becoming thinner and lighter, melting away even. Resting peacefully Kain's eyes fluttered now and then as he lay shackled to Zen's bed. When Zen left the room he felt her go, it was an empty room and it would annoy him that she left. He growled, his lips moving into a snarl, like that of a beast. He needed her now! Tremendous power gave way and the fog would begin to disappear leaving the newly born Kain "Akatsuki" Elric standing alone on a cold street. In front of him stood that same dark form from his shadow. His golden eyes glowing in the darkness. "It's time Kain." The dark version of Kain smiled showing fangs as he ran towards Kain, Kain did much the same and ran towards his shadowed form. "Ahh leave me alone!" Kain yelled just before they both collided into each other.
News spread like wild fire about Zen's pet. And two younger and more curious vampires had managed to work up the courage to go check this one time human out. They would sneak into her office and then unlock the door. "That's it? He doesn't look special...and why the hell is he chained to a bed!?" He asked jealously. "Who knows..Maybe Zen is like that..ya know? Anyways he seems out of it" He would grin leaning closer. "Hey man...I think he's her man slave! Hehe...Ya know?" He muttered and poked Kain's side...
Suddenly Kain's eyes snapped open and he focused in the vampire in front of him, Kain would lash out suddenly and try to bite him. "I'll kill you!" He screamed and snapped his teeth, narrowly missing the vampires arm, in fact Kain's teeth would slice it open a little as he struggled and laughed. "I'll kill you both." He said in an insane laugh, "I am the Black Dawn!!" He yelled loudly at the two vampires who suddenly fled the room. Kain's rage tested the limits of the chains, he trashed about wildly as he growled fiercely, why the hell was he chained down!? "AGH Let me out or I'll kill you all!" He yelled as he then tried to bite the chains, the bed anything he could find. "I smell...I smell Food! Give me!" He demanded as he trashed greatly. "I NEED IT" He screamed in pure rage. "I NEED!" He yelled again sniffing the air. His senses tingled, it was as if everything was fifty times stronger then ever before, at least if not more. "Let me out dammit!" He yelled and cursed loudly as he actually bit his own lip in his thrashing. "OW fuck!" He screamed and pulled hard on the chains, determined to break them. The shadows would even flicked violently. "And where the fuck is my sword and knife! I swear if any of you mongrels touched my stuff I'll rip you apart!!" This of course excluded Zen, but only Zen would be safe from his rage. "And where is Zen!" He screamed loudly "I want my Zen now!" He demanded and laughed pulling on the chain, testing it with all his might. He was deeply hungry, furiously hunger, he needed food now or he would get continue to grow more crazed by the minuet. Kain's hair was white and his eyes swirling gold color, fangs long and pointed greatly.

Zen returned to the coven a good hour later, and looked around that some of the younger vampires, which seemed to avoid her office at all costs. She chuckled lightly and ignored the screaming and thrashing sounds that radiated from the room in the back. New blood.. It was always so amusing, yet dangerous. She hummed to herself and slipped into the library, grabbing a few rather large boooks.
She then walked into her office and set the books on her desk, thinking as she rearranged things, and sorted through papers and what not. She was sure to both close and lock the door, for she didnt want Kain's rage and blood lust to get the better of him, and let him free himself. She didnt need foolish young vampires to come and heighten his rage. Zent hen slipped intot he room located behind her office, with fresh blood packets in her hands, still warm. The blood packets that she had taken out were already warm now, seeing as she had left them out long anough to warm and thin the blood to a perfect consistancy for the newborn vampire.
Zen admired his fine features and watched him struggle and strain against the chains with rage, which almost caused a dull throbbing pain within her, the fact that she had chained Kain down like this kind of hurt her. She moved over to Kain and place a hand gently on his chest. "Calm down Kain." She said softly as she twisted the knob off of one of the blood packets. She knew that he would need a lot of blood, thus she was already prepared for that. She gripped Kains chin and opened his mouth, tipping the blood backet over so that the warm liquid would flow into his mouth. Right now he would have no flavor that he favored, seeing as he was newly born, he had no taste yet, he hadnt found a blood flavor that he enjoyed and that he was attracted to, so this would have to do.

Kain continue to thrash about wildly. He wanted to be set free, he was like a wild animal but chained and in a place he didn't want to be. Occasionally he would give a sadistic laugh and try harder to break the chains that had binded him to the bed. His eyes were very sensitive, they picked up details that he hadn't seen before, everything was bright and vibrant. The world full of color that either hadn't existed before or could not be seen to his eyes, but he was far too driven by insanity to care.
Occasionally he would give a rather sinister laugh as he struggled against the binding chains. He desired freedom, for what purpose he was unsure, but regardless he refused to stop until he was freed.
Kain would growl when a women walked in, not recognizing her of the bat, but the distraction was enough to make him seem to calm. His eyes would watch her walk around the room. There was something about her, something that would be familiar. It had been part of the reason the fog had been driven from his mind. It was the reason he had lived after the death of his parents. But who was she? He couldn't give a name right way. Kain continued to watch her with angry eyes, pulling against the chains but not thrashing so much. He would watch her walk over to him, she was very attractive to his new eyes. He did snarl a little, but appeared much more calmer. More like an uneasy dog who was bothered by something, though with a snarl and growl. When she touched his chest and demanded he be calm a bell would ring in his mind and he could tell from the for that was his frenzied blood lust who she was, not by her facial features, nor by her movement on the old and cool stone floor. But rather by her touch, presence and the tone of her voice. "Calm.." He repeated in a low softer tone. "Zen.." He muttered looking at her new face with his molten gold eyes. "Zen.." He said again, yes it was her. Though he only knew her through the thin fog. He watched as she bit the nob of the plastic blood bag and then held his mouth open to feed him. It angered him because now he felt like he was being babied by a mother. He seemed constantly angered, but by far calmer and not so insane. Kain allowed her to feed him silently as he drank. What choice did he have? Little. She could force his jaw open and he knew she could cause him to drink if she desired. And so he would. The blood packets tasted like tap water from a older facet, but in Kain's blood thirst even it would be like water on to a man in the desert who was nearly dead, he would crave anything. Even this taint blood would help quench his thirst. Drinking the pack Dry Kain would lay still. allowing her to do her will onto him at the moment.

Zen sat on the edge of the bed as her lips curled into a faint smile. She reached out and touched his cheek tenderly, wishing him to calm himself. She knew he had the strength tp calm his new found lust for blood.
She reached out her fingers to touch his hair, running the silky smooth strands through her fingers. Her solf cool fingers then ran down his cool cheek with soft caresses, down his neck, and stopping over where his heart would be. Zen then leaned down and pressed her cool silken lips against his, remaining like that a moment before pulling away slightly, whispering lightly as her fingers seemed to stroke his cheek in a tender passionate way. "My love.. My Kain.." Her voice would slip from those velvety lips like poetry. She looked at his face, admiring his eyes, which now seemeed to resemble her own. She admired his diamond like skin; the coolness of it, and how soft it felt.
Zen simply smiled and stood slowly, reaching for another blood packet. She ripped off the top and once again fed him the blood, her fingers caressing his hair, his cheek and his neck in a soft, light and loving manner; as to keep him calm. All the while doing this, she just smiled softly at him. And she was ever so glad he had remembered her name.
In truth it pained Zen to think that Kain would forget who she was in his frenzied state of bloodlust. Jut with one touch he had remembered her name; this was good. She smiled to herself, and hoped that his progress would only get even better. But she could only do so much, and hopefully this was enough.

Kain's eyes would lock onto her face, narrow on her. There was still the intense anger in them, but not held towards her. He was still trying to pin point his human memories to this new face of hers, it was foggy but there. Angry eyes continued to watch her, orbs of gold melted in small pools that were the pupils of his eyes.
He would just look at her in silence, there was something behind the anger, something deep inside of Kain that made up who he had become. He would let her touch him and not try to bite her, despite the fact her blood called for him, all blood did. He would not struggle to tear her asunder. Instead he would only look up at her, his arms still pulling on the chain, hoping they would give.
When their lips met Kain would almost close his eyes, he did seem much calmer, but was only struggling to remember more of this exotic creature named Zen. The fog still held a thickness over his mind. Not of a hazy grog but rather of a lust for blood and destruction, He was the Black dawn after all. His chest would fall in a slow and even rhythm now. Vampires did not need to breath, least not normal ones. But to smell breathing was necessary.
The cool blood would run down Kain's throat, he indeed needed it. In his haste to feed he would bite into the bag causing the plastic to tear a little. Kain would push it off with his tongue before pulling his head back, though still thirsty he would speak.
"Zen...I know you..remember you..your..my Zen." My Zen was whispered with reverence, yet desire and trust. "My Zen.." He whispered again with need. "What happened..I...Am different." Kain struggled through the haze of blood lust in his mind. How had he ended up where he was. For a moment he wouldn't even remember his name, but she had called him Kain. "I am Kain..." He spoke softly struggling to calm down. "I am your Kain?" He still shrugged greatly to know of his identity, why did his mind lust for blood and all things? It annoyed him that he could not remember, even angered him causing him to bite his lip and apply more pressure to the chains that binded him to the bed. Then a piercing feeling poked his lip as he managed to hurt himself with his fangs, "Ow.." He muttered touching his tongue to his lip. "W-what am I now..vampire..Like you?" He asked wishing the blood haze to leave him, even it would anger him greatly. "Zen please help me!" He suddenly begged giving her a wild look. "Who, What am I?!?" He needed to know and would struggle a bit more. "Everything is so fuzzy I-I can't remember!!" He yelled a bit and looked for more blood, "Hungry..." He complained needing more blood. Though Kain had began to calm himself, his hair darkening as well as his eyes changing to green slowly. The sudden pouring of questions and answer seeking angered him and caused the blood lust state to revert, though he did not thrash as he had before, he wanted answers now and he needed his Zen. Kain paused looking up at her confused. "Help me.." He looked to her as always for comfort.

Zen looked at him sadly, hoping that he would be able to remember his human life, though there was no way he would be able to remember much in his current state. She knew that his mind would be foggy due to the lust for blood. But she simply stayed by his side, feeding him blood until his hunger died down like a fire to a simple smoldering ember. She once again sat at the edge of the bed, leaning close to him stroking his cool cheek with her soft fingers. "You are Kain Akatsuki Elric.. And you died last night.." She whispered softly into his ear. "You are my Kain Akatsuki Elric... My lover.." She kissed his ear lightly and leaned on the bed, just stroking his cheek gently, keeping his bloodlust and rage at bay. She did what she could to keep him calm, for the more calm he was, the more he would be able to remember.
She tried to be as tender as a lover could, only trying to comfort him in such a confused state, there was not much else she could do. She smiled weakly, "You died slaying a Lycan." She laughed softly at the irony. She looked at his molting eyes with her own, her expression calm and gentle. "You have been reaborn, and you are now a vampire. But do not fear my love.. it will not be like this for much longer.." She said softly, placing her cool lips to his cheek. She ran her fingers through his silky hair gently, lightly playing with the soft strands of hair.
"Do not worry Kain.. you will remember in time.." She said softly, smiling in a reassuring way, trying to make him feel a little better if anything. She looked at him gently, hoping that he would remember something soon.. How she missed him so.

Kain looked at her, calming some visibly. What she said not only did it sound right, but felt right. He knew she spoke truth. The images would flash in Kain's mind and he would twitch aggressively in annoyance at the memory, his facial features changing to anger before he tried to push and contain the fire. It was hard to ball the rage up and put it under a blanket of a calm cool attitude, but Kain would try, if only for her.
Listening to her and feeling attachment to this women named Zen Kain calmed again, by degrees of course. "My lover..Zen." Kain whispered and closed his eyes the soft caresses she gave. "Only for a little!? Will I change again?" His mind panicked and raced, what was for a little. Would he have to do this again. "But I am like you?" He asked trying extremely hard to remain calm for her, his hair had darkened but still held a gray tone. He gasped a bit before inhaling her scent which calmed him greatly. "Ok...I'm calm." He told himself, though he had work ahead of him. Kain instead would try something new.
Closing his eyes his hair would revert back to near normal. He would then clam his mind and body causing the shadows to flicker, a tendril of shadow would creep out from behind the bed and up Kain's shoulder, it would then move along Zen's body and slide across her cheek gently. Kain himself could not reach her cheek as he was chained down. But he had used his mind and magical energies to manipulate the shadows, causing them to caress her cheek softly. It took effort but not nearly as much as he had thought it would have. "I love you Zen." He said in a whisper, his eyes would open. Though they were green, they still seemed to be liquid like. His eyes seemed now to be pools of tropical caribbean water, shimmering in the light. It was almost caught in between the molten gold and the green they had been. But this is how they would remain. Shimmering green eyes would hold Zen in there gaze, love clearly shown. Though being new and easily swayed, Kain refused to be a tool to his own anger.
