Haru's smirk twisted into a grimace of pain and surprise. Suddenly, his body was filled with pain, and a vision was blocked by what seem to by...black flames? He was confused at first, but then he remembered she could get into peoples minds... And now he knew it was more then just looking into their thoughts.
He stood there, stumbling slightly. Although the feeling was quite intense, he did get through worse in the past. And as Kora took her time to approach him, he had time to recover enough to fight.
As she swung her blade at her,his idle till now left hand bolted up, already holding on of his daggers, Ripper,in it. He used it to deflect the strike from her sword. When the weapons, clashed, he quickly spun to the right, drawing his prized knife Shredder from under his shirt. He then swung it at Kora in a fast, but not really strong stab.

She ducks under his arm swiftly, feeling the knife shred through the side of her shirt close to knicking her skin. in one swift graceful movement she spins downward sudden attampting to cut his side while with her free hand she tries to break his other wirst. At the same time she imagines lava, then attacks his mind once more.... using this memory against him... hoping it will work. she crouches backing away swiftly before freezing looking at the street sharply... She knew those thoughts. Better then she knew her own.... She hoped he wouldn't find her again... She then swiftly looks back at Haru, all of her wonderings taking only half a second.

Haru could faintly hear his knife tear through the material of her shirt, yet he wasn't able to say if he managed to reach to her fleash...and he had more pressing matters to worry about at the moment. Twisting his body quickly, he managed to dodge the her strike at his side, while also twisting out of her wrist grasp. Doing a quick back flip, he lands in a crouched position quite a distance away from her, and sheats Ripper back behind his belt. Again, he feels her mentally strike him...however, this time, it wasn't as effective as in her first attempt...
Haru's thoughts were at the very least chaotic now. Flashbacks of him and other beings...vamipres,humans,lycans... locked in battle. It was a confusing display. She would see the world through Haru's eyes, his erratic movement, sudden doges, his hands swinging his weapons. What was disturbing were the flashbacks of him defeating his opponents. Slit throats, cut up bodies, craved skin... it was quite a twisted sight.
Even if Kora wouldn't be phased by these thoughts, Haru was entirely focused on battle...past,present,future, fighting was all the counted. Such a focused mindset would surely help him in repealing any of those attacks. not that he cared much about them...he was having some fun finally.
he looked up at Kora, a rather sadistic smirk on his face,and said " Come on...im sure you can do better" before rapidly swinging one are at her, a pair of silver throwing knives flying through the air twords her. At the same time he leaped high into the air,ready to strike her from above

She looks to wards the street shuddering as she catches the knifes throwing them back at him with out thought just out pure instinct. She then glances at him then the street and back again crouching. "Fuck. My apologies Haru, but I must take my leave. Remember. You never saw me." She stands up shifting her weight and seems to slowly fade with the night air. Blend in with the colors.. She walks by him jumping to a another roof glancing behind her. Just in time. Another vampire jumps onto the roof growling, "Shit I could of sworn I saw her.." He glances at Haru "You. You see a silver haired, green eyed hybrid around here?"

Haru blinks as he catches his own knives, Kora catching them away with relative ease. Hiding them under his sleeve, he answers her "what the hell are you..." but before he vanishes, she already vanishes using the new technique she showed him earlier. As she passes him in her invisible form, he turns twords her, an annoyed snarl on his face. He was starting to have fun already, and now she pulls of something like that? What was that all aobut..?
He was answered rather soon, as another vampire jumped on the roof they were training on. Haru didn't recognize him, but quite frankly he didn't give a dam at the moment for it. As the vampire asked him about seeining a hybrid, he's annoyed face shifted into a surprised one? "Who, me? hell no...Im busy with other stuff then looking for a chat with other vampires, sheesh". In the back of his head, he couldn't help to wonder just in how deep trouble Kora was...

The other vampire glanced at him, breathing in deeply. "Shes here somewhere or was that a human you killed.." He looks towards the street "Nah its the human..." He then looks at him "If you ever see that type of hybrid... keep it in your mind. I'll be back.." He looks around once more before jumping down the alleyway and walking off. After a bit she appears by haru her hands shaking slightly "Thank you Haru. I owe you" She closes her eyes taking deep breaths slowly calming down. "How did he..." She stops suddenly remembering that haru was there. "Anyways thank you very much Haru."

Haru said nothing to the other vampire, giving him a cold glare as he spoke and sniffed around, he didn't really care if it would anger the other vampire... actually, he slightly hoped it would. The adrenaline was still running through his veins, and it took a lot of self control for him not to simply stab the hunting vampire right through his forehead...
Finally, the vampire decided to make his leave, but not without one last remark at him. Rolling his eyes, Haru simply answered " Yeah,yeah... have fun and all" before the visitor jumped down back to the allay way. With an annoyed groan, haru kicked at the ground,before sitting down, disappointed and annoyed. He couldn't help to wonder just what was that all about...and then Kora reapeared next to him
Glancing at her, he could see the whole encounter was quite impacting on her. She was all shaken up, and tried to calm herself down as she muttered to herself. With an annoyed sigh, Haru said " No problem... Now,could you please tell me what was all that about? Pissed of some pussy noble? Or is it someone from you're loving "family"? You shouldn't have vanished you know... he would make a good practice dummy...". He wasn't being to polite, but he really wasn't in the mood for being nice. He just wanted to know what the fuck happened.

"it was someone from my family..." Her tone grows cold. She takes a deep breath, finally able to stop shaking. "This is why I've never really learned how to really fight. They have a tracker after me with a bounty on my head.." She paces her gaze hard. " I need to leave this town for awhile... Do know anywhere outside of town I could stay...?" She looks at him intently still pacing

"Pshh, I see... sorry for being crud, but thats pretty fucked up, hmm?" Haru said with a slight scoff. This was just great... psycho vampires hunting one of their own familiy... ahh well, Haru knew families sucked anyway. He kept on talking " Soo, you spent you're years ruining away from the guy, instead of trying to fend him of? Makes sense...before you would learn to fight good, you'd be dead...no offense twords you. You aren't that bad... But you need some work still...My offer still stands ya know..."
He stood quite as he watched her pacing form. She was really stressed about it... guess the hunter had to had her really close sometimes...As she asked him her next question, he pondered slightly on it. After a moment of silence, he said " Nope,sorry... Never really wandered to far out of town... I guess you could find some houses in the out skirt or something... but aren't you tired of running?" He took a step twords her, and looked into her eyes " feeling like a wild animal trapped in a cage with an effin hunter with a gun? Doesn't it make you sick putting up with shit like that for no reason?" A rather unusual answer from someone like him...but he knew to well how ti was to feel like that... he put a arm on her shoulder, and continued " He wont stop chasing you...there is only one way for it to stop... either you or him... But you have the slight edge of not being all that alone in this town" he finished, patting her shoulder a bit roughly, flashing her a toothy grin

She slowly smiles, chuckling a bit even. "Thank you I needed that." She then watches him warily, her face softening with loss "Your mother would have been proud Haru.. She raised you well. Remember I too know what its like to lose people you love..." Her voice catches and looks down rubbing at her eyes muttering about dust... She then looks up smiling faintly. "Am I better then what you first thought I was going to be...?" She chuckles smiling. "Thank you for reminding me I have friends willing to help me. I've been on the run and alone for so long..." She trails off looking at the sky, smiling as she feels a pat on her shoulder roughly.

Haru flashes her a grin as she thanks him...which twists into an frown once he mentions... her. For a split second, a wave of anger coursed through him...but he quickly put that out. Scaring her more was the last thing he needed. Instead, he simply said in weird, slightly cold even for him tone "Kora...as much as I appreciate the comment, don't mention whatever you might know about my past... to no one...ever. If I feel like talking about it, which I most likely ever wont, Ill let you know, alight?"
With that out of the way, he chuckled at her question "Well, you weren't that bad... you're rather agile, and the mind trick is quite useful. But you must be quicker with you're atacks... you gave me way to much time to recover. Otherwise it wasn't bad... and no problem. I bet it seems pretty messed up... me out of all people talking about that,heh..." With that, he took his hand away, and stretched" Sooo....any ideas what to do now?"

She nods watching him warily. She felt the flash of anger that was quick. " thank you for not getting angry" She smiles tiredly, still shaking slightly. She then blinks getting an idea."Haru... how would you like it if I train in how to shield your mind and watch your thoughts since you are training me how fight." She also notices his question on what to do now, and chuckles "Well I'd like to go home and just drink some tea. If thats okay with you. your welcome to come if you'd like" She looks at him waiting patiently

Haru groaned inwardly as she thanked him, muttering "Yeah,yeah... just don't bring that up..." He was far more interested in the offer she made. well,both of them actually. Smirking slightly, he said " Ahh, a little trade you say? Sure I'm interested... if there are more like you out there, I should be prepared. And well...tea isn't my idea of a drink...but If you dont mind, I could tag along"

The corner of her mouth twitches amused "I don't really either... Its just when something like this happens I need to calm down. If you like alcohol I'll go buy some for you" She jumps down the roof keeping in the shadows. "Its not far.. maybe 3 blocks away" She pulls her hair up in a pony tail and starts walking out onto the main street. "follow me Haru" She walks down the street quickly head down.

For a second, Haru looked at her as if she was a mad women, before laughing slightly. After a while, he said " Why I do like some harder liquor now and then, I didn't have that exactly in mind. Cant drink that to often...after all, I'm already addicted to another type of drink, if you know what I mean* he winked at her. He guessed she would catch on the reference to blood... it want that well hidden anyway
He then spoke on " And its enough you're inviting my to you're pad... you don't need to buy me stuff, heh. I got some cash of my own on me." He then jumps down behind her, and follows her close behind, while saying " Lead on then"
