Celest managed to find a medium-sized crate on sit on and she raised one leg for her arm to lean on. She looked outside through the window and sighed.
"Fate did not let you die that day, Jhin, because there's still something in store for you. Whatever it may be, you're given a chance to live. Things may have turned bad after that... but it shouldn't let you be stuck in your past. You're here right now, and that's enough reason for you to give yourself a chance to live out your life, make it better. Things may look bad, but it doesn't mean it will stay that way forever. Life... is too short to let it slip through your fingers..."
Who was she to talk about life? She had forever, but she barely felt alive at all; she was nowhere near alive. Celest felt jealous of Jhin's mortality, but she shook it away. What happened is done, she has to move on.

Jhin stood up, still for a moment. Thinking. He then glanced to Celest, thinking of her words.. But what would a vampire know of mortality.. and how much it seems to hurt? Though he figured.. spending an eternity alone, feeding off the life force of humans; to ensure your survival was much worse than he ever felt. Jhin moved swiftly and walked over to her with quick, long strides. He hesitated a moment, then placed a cool; yet warn in comparison, hand upon her cheek, rasing her face to look at his, his eyes sparkling like the night stars. They didnt have that ever molten quality, but beautiful none the less.
"Celest.." His words slipped from his lips before he could stop them. His eyes looked directly into hers, as if they could see within.. He leaned closer, as if he were to kiss her, but his lips slipped past her cheek, to her ear.
"I can see your pain.." He whispered softly, touching his hand to where her heart would be. He then straightened up, and slipped his hand from her cheek. It had just hit him that he had left his guitar ouside. And he had to run out and get it quick. He gave her one last glance before running out into the night, to retreive his instrument. But on his way, he slipped and slammed his forehead against a rock, slicing open the skin, welcoming the warm crimson liquid to escape.

Celest breathes out as she finished talking. She then heard Jhin's footsteps come nearer and his warm hand on her cheek. He raised her head until she was looking into those beautiful emerald pools of his. The sudden gesture surprised her, and if vampires could only blush like mortals, she would be red all over.
Jhin was dangerously close, his scent was overwhelming her senses. She held back her thirst as she shuddered when she heard his voice in her ear, saying, "I can see your pain..."
Her heartbeat raced as he placed his hand briefly over it. Just then, he ran off to the door, then locked gazes with him before he went out into the rain. When he was out of sight, she placed a hand over her cheek where Jhin touched her. This is really bad... Really bad...
Celest suddenly shot up when she smelled the strong scent of blood, his blood. Jhin? Did he get hurt? Blood... She cursed under her breath.

Jhin cursed and stood in the rain, he wouldnt dare go back like this bleeding. It was probably hard enough for her to resist, he had caught a hint of red within her mismatched iris'. He sat once again upon the cliff, over looking the city as a stream of blood ran down his face, soaking with the water into his sleeveless shirt. Smooth move Jhin, Smooth move. He knew he was just going to complicate something for her, after all, she wasnt a human. He had to keep telling himself that, she.. wasnt mortal. Jhin sat in the pouring rain and tipped his head back, letting the droplets wash over his face, washing away the blood, and the reminants of his tears. This was where he belonged. Alone.

Her thirst was almost overwhelming but she swallowed hard, controlling it with all the power she can muster. She then shouted out in the rain, "Jhin! Come inside, are you crazy? If you're not coming in..."

Jhin sighed, feeling the ice cold rain chill him to the bone. Well, what doesnt kill you, makes you stronger, was always what his parents said. He supposed it was true. Jhin slipped off his soaked shirt and wringed it out a little, colding the wet cloth to his forehead, in attempt to stop the bleeding. He licked his lips slightly, tasting his own blood. Coppery, with a little bit of a saline flavor. How odd. Jhin could barely hear through the rain, but he sighed again when her heard her voice call him, why was she so worried..? He tossed his ruined shirt aside after he had ripped a stip of cloth from it, wrapping it about his forehead tightly. He then wandered slowly back towards the small building, completely drenched. Once he got it, she shut the door and sat in a shadowy corner, an arm resting on a raised knee as he hung his head, his guitar rested by his side. He was silent. But all he could think of saying was,
Im sorry...
