Jhin walked into the cafe quietly and glanced around. Of course, he really didnt expect many people to be around at this time of night. It was around midnight, black outside, except for the lights that seemed to illuminate the city. He held back a yawn and ordered the usual, caramel mocha. It was late to be drinking caffeine, but what did he care? It wasnt like he had anything to go home to. Jhin rested his chin upon his palm, staring out the window into the darkness. They were alive tonight, but he wondered what had them so active. He noticed that around this city, the vampires werent very active, maybe picking off a person or two to feed their hunger, but there was hardly any deaths. Though tonight it seemed different. Jhin sighed lightly and sipped his hot mocha, he was waiting for something of interest to happen.

Celest walks inside the cafe, dripping from head to toe. She takes off her leather trench coat, hanging it on the side, and finally going to the counter to make an order.
"Coffee, black, no sugar." she said in a silky voice to the young girl managing the register. She then places her cash on the counter as the girl gives the cup of steaming coffee to her.
"Thanks, love."
She then walks to a nearby vacant seat and scans the room. She knew there were vampires in there too, although one of them smelled, different. She just had finished hunting that night and had no intention of getting another victim until tomorrow.

Jhin looked up when the small bell jingled. He had slipped from the seat, feeling slightly uncomfortable with the two vampire women surrounding him. He then glanced at the woman who was soaked, nearly to the bone. His bright green eyes glinted slightly in the light and he noticed exactly what she was. Vampire... He could tell by the sound of her smooth voice. He sat, sipping his mocha as he watched her from behind his messy scarlet hair.

"Hey, you're Silence, right? The singer? I'm the manager of this cafe."
A slight shift in her position. "Yes, I am." she replied in a bored, but still smooth voice.
"Er, I know it's unexpected and all, but can you sing for us tonight? It'll brighten up the place here a bit if you'll sing... I'll pay you any amount, just sing one song for us." The man stated.

He smiled a little, sipping again from his cup, having heard the coversation between the manager and the woman, Silence; as he called her. "Singer eh..?" He muttered to himself, a small smile upon his lips. He was handsome for a mortal, more handsome than most, though he wasnt fine groomed, he was more... rough edged if anything. Slightly laid back. Jhin smiled and began to sing along with her sweet, silky voice, his was an undertone, quiet and soft, but rich. He knew all the words, and surprized himself, he was never really one to memorize the lyrics of a song, but for some reason, they just came to him. He liked her voice, it had perfect harmony, fuid and flawless. No surprize for a vampire. His singing continued as long as hers did, soft and quiet and almost unhearable. Jhin pulled his gaze away from the woman and looked down at his almost empty cup. He glanced outside quietly, a slight smile curling his lips. It was a wonderful performance, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. He noticed the rain falling at a stedy pace from the dark cloudy sky above. No doubt he'd have to sleep sometime soon, but he didnt much feel like it.. Night was more his time, he didnt much like the daylight, it was a shame he wasnt born something like a vampire.
"To be of another world.." He murmured lightly with a sigh, runing his slim fingers through his deep crimson colored hair. He wished that he could be something other wordly, like her. He almost longed for it. But alas, he was but an aging mortal, who when his time would come, would die. There was no eternity or immortality for him. But that was fine, Who wants to life forever?
Live as if you were to die tomorrow.. He thought to himself, words that his long past brother had always told him. With a slightly heavier sigh his glance shifted, down into his cup. He wished he could have saved his elder brother, but he had just lost too much blood. The sound of sirens rang within his ears as he drifted back into those memories, lost within his thoughts. He wondered, if his life would be different, had his brother lived.
